How We Work
You make the decisions. We take most of the supplier work off your team: while you buy, while it is installed and for the life of every agreement.
Book a conversationFour Stages, and Who Does What
-
Supplier identification
What we do
We take the requirement to suppliers and VARs across the market, wherever your sites are. For networks, that includes regional, utility and municipal providers.
What your team does
Tell us what the business needs and which constraints are fixed.
-
Buying cycle
What we do
We run the meetings, the follow-up and the proposal comparisons, put quotes on the same basis, and walk the paperwork through procurement and legal.
What your team does
Join the meetings that matter, make the decision and sign.
-
Implementation oversight and accountability
What we do
We hold the supplier to the install dates, acceptance and the terms it committed to, and check the first invoice against the contract.
What your team does
Confirm the service works for the people who use it.
-
Client and supplier lifecycle management
What we do
We sit in on your supplier business reviews, keep each renewal date in view, renegotiate before the notice deadline and source what you need next.
What your team does
Run the service day to day, and stay the first call when the service has a problem.
What We Don’t Do
- We don’t resell technology.
- We don’t monitor service levels, usage or monthly invoices. For invoice audit, usage tracking and disputes, we source a specialist expense management (TEM) provider.
- We aren’t the primary escalation point for service issues, though we can help in certain cases.
- We don’t replace your procurement or legal teams. They keep final review and approval.
One Team, Even When People Change
When your sponsor moves on or the supplier reassigns your rep, the history usually goes with them. TREU keeps the record for the life of the agreement, so the next person starts where the last one left off.
Questions About How We Work
Does TREU replace our procurement or legal team?
No. We work alongside your teams and tools; we don’t replace them. Your procurement and legal teams keep final review and approval.
Who do we call when a service goes down?
Your supplier, as you do today. TREU is not the primary escalation point for service issues, though we can help in certain cases.
Do you work with the suppliers and VARs we already use?
Yes. We orchestrate suppliers and VARs on your behalf, including the ones you already use.
How is TREU paid?
TREU is paid by the supplier you select, never by you.
