Compete the whole market for each requirement, from carriers and cloud to building coverage and AI compute. Suppliers compete for your business, and TREU negotiates the terms with your legal team.
Book a conversationWhen It Makes Sense, and When It Does Not
When it makes sense
- A contract is approaching its end date. Starting early helps avoid being stuck on extended terms at higher prices.
- You are buying a service for the first time. A pilot first is a sensible way to learn the risks before a full commitment.
- The spend or risk is significant, and several capable suppliers can do the work.
When it does not
- The need is small, low risk and clearly defined. Effort should match the deal.
- You already have a well-priced contract that works. Staying put can be the right answer.
- The market is thin. Then the better move is often to reshape the requirement, for example by splitting it, before going to market.
We will tell you when a full competition is worth running, and when it is not.
Four Stages. One Team Throughout
See how we work-
Supplier identification
We take each requirement to suppliers across the market, wherever your sites are, including regional, utility and municipal networks.
-
Buying cycle
We run the meetings, compare proposals side by side, negotiate the terms with your legal team and move the paperwork through procurement.
-
Implementation oversight and accountability
We hold the supplier to the install dates, test results and terms it committed to, through go-live.
-
Client and supplier lifecycle management
After go-live, we join your supplier business reviews, source what you need next, and handle each renewal for as long as the agreement runs.
Questions About This Pillar
Is TREU a reseller?
No. TREU does not resell technology. We compete the market, including suppliers and VARs, and negotiate on your behalf. TREU is paid by the supplier you select, never by you.
Can TREU source outside the United States?
Yes. TREU serves US-headquartered enterprises wherever their sites are, and can source any supplier's network infrastructure anywhere in the world, including regional, utility and municipal networks.
