Draft for attorney review, 2026-10-19. Last updated: ATTORNEY REVIEW: date set at publication
This policy explains what personal information TREU Partners, LLC (“TREU”, “we” or “us”) collects through treupartners.com, how we use it and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Work we do for clients is covered by our written agreements with them. ATTORNEY REVIEW
What We Collect
- When you send a note from the Contact page: your first and last name, work email, company, job title if you give it, the topic you choose, your message and your consent to be contacted.
- When you download a report from the Cost of the buying cycle calculator: your work email, your name and company if you give them, and your consent to be contacted. The figures you enter in the calculator stay in your browser. The report is built on your device, and those figures are not sent to us.
- When you book a call: TidyCal collects the details you enter on its booking page, such as your name, email address and the time you choose, and shares them with us so we can hold the call.
- When you email us at info@treupartners.com: your email address and what you write.
- When you visit the site: Cloudflare Web Analytics records page views and general information such as the page you visited, the site that referred you, your browser and device type, and your country. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage and does not track individual visitors. Cloudflare also processes IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. ATTORNEY REVIEW: confirm this description against Cloudflare’s current documentation at launch
We don’t ask for sensitive personal information, and we ask you not to include it in a message. ATTORNEY REVIEW
How We Use It
- To reply to you, set up a call and follow up on what you asked about.
- To follow up by email about the report you downloaded.
- To keep a record of our conversations in our customer relationship management system.
- To understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful and how visitors find the site.
- To keep the site secure and to meet our legal obligations.
We don’t send marketing email.
When you become a client, we share what you tell us with suppliers only as needed to get the proposals and services you asked for. We never sell it, and we never give it to suppliers for their own marketing.
Who Processes It for Us
We don’t sell your personal information. ATTORNEY REVIEW Beyond that, we share it only with the service providers that process it on our behalf:
| Provider | What it does for us |
|---|---|
| Zoho Corporation (Zoho CRM) | Receives and stores the details from our Contact form and calculator report form, after our site forwards them |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Hosts and protects the website, provides Cloudflare Web Analytics, and checks form submissions for automated abuse (Cloudflare Turnstile) |
| TidyCal | Runs our call booking page |
| Microsoft (Microsoft 365) and Proofpoint | Host and filter email sent to info@treupartners.com |
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of TREU, our clients or others, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale, including to other companies within TREU Holdings. ATTORNEY REVIEW
Cookies and Similar Technologies
This site doesn’t set cookies for analytics or advertising, and it doesn’t use tracking pixels. Cloudflare Web Analytics runs through a small script served by Cloudflare. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from automated abuse. ATTORNEY REVIEW: confirm against the Cloudflare security settings at launch When you submit a form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not an automated program, is sending it. To do that, Cloudflare processes information about your browser and connection, such as your IP address; Cloudflare states that Turnstile does not use cookies to collect or store information. ATTORNEY REVIEW: confirm against Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy addendum at launch The form also contains a hidden field that people never see, to catch automated submissions. Our site then passes your details to Zoho CRM from its server. No Zoho script runs on our pages, so the forms don’t place Zoho cookies in your browser. TidyCal sets its own cookies on its booking pages, under its own privacy policy.
How Long We Keep It
We keep contact and report requests while we are in touch with you, and delete or anonymize them within ATTORNEY REVIEW: period, for example 24 months after our last contact, unless we need to keep them longer to meet a legal obligation.
Your Choices and Rights
- You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email info@treupartners.com, and we will respond within ATTORNEY REVIEW: period, for example 45 days.
- Depending on where you live, laws such as the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act or the California Consumer Privacy Act may give you additional rights, including the right to appeal a decision we make about your request. ATTORNEY REVIEW: confirm which laws apply to TREU, and the request and appeal process they require
- We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t use it for targeted advertising. ATTORNEY REVIEW
