Manage
We check the first invoice against the contract, track terms and renewal dates, and renegotiate before the notice deadline passes, for the life of each agreement.
Book a conversationWhen It Makes Sense, and When It Does Not
When it makes sense
- Renewal dates keep passing before anyone acts. Many agreements renew automatically unless someone gives notice by a deadline written into the contract.
- Software audits are a real cost. 48% of organizations were audited in the past year, and 44% spent more than $1,000,000 on audits over the past three years.Flexera 2026 State of ITAM
- SaaS and AI spend is rising, and renewal is the moment to reset the terms. 59% of organizations report increased wasted AI spend.Flexera 2026 State of ITAM
When it does not
- Your estate is small, you have few contracts and one carrier, and your internal asset management works. You may not need outside help, and we will say so.
Four Stages. One Team Throughout
See how we work-
Supplier identification
When a current supplier isn’t delivering what you bought, we find the suppliers that can.
-
Buying cycle
We run the evaluation for each replacement or new agreement, and negotiate the terms with your legal team.
-
Implementation oversight and accountability
We hold the supplier to the dates and terms of each change, through go-live.
-
Client and supplier lifecycle management
We confirm the first invoice matches the contract, sit in on supplier business reviews and start each renegotiation early, for the life of every agreement.
Questions About This Pillar
What does TREU manage after signature?
When the first invoice arrives, we compare it with the contract. From then on we keep each renewal date in view, join your supplier business reviews, renegotiate renewals and source anything new you need. For ongoing invoice audit, usage tracking and disputes, we find a specialist TEM provider.
What happens when our supplier's account team changes?
We stay on the agreement with its full history, so a new account team does not reset the relationship. The same applies when people change on your side.
